One of the major obstacles we face in terms of our reaching our personal goals and maintaining good health is blocked emotions, which occurs by suppressing them as a coping mechanism to deal with past traumas. These include feelings such as guilt, fear, anger, betrayal, frustration and helplessness.

These internal emotional blocks remain in our physical bodies and manifest in our reality in a multitude of ways. These sessions provide the opportunity to lovingly acknowledge, feel and release all that no longer serves us, allowing for new energy to flow into our lives.
