Menopause: A Rites of Passage (Sacred Women's Discussion)
In the spirit of sacred reciprocity, this event is hosted via contribution. The amount you choose to donate is entirely up to you, based on what you deem suitable.
We all go through cycles within our lives as we experience various milestones, and whether they are acknowledged via the traditional ceremonies or not, we still experience them in our bodies, so understanding how they impact us and ways to deal with these changes are vital for both our individual as well as our collective mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Menopause: A Rites of Passage (Sacred Women's Discussion) is an African spiritual feminine energy dialogue focusing on all topics related to menopause, including childhood and relationship traumas, as these emotional issues culminate during this time.
This is an ancestrally led sacred space for the feminine energy to come together to speak, share and support. It centres the needs of African descendants to deal with our collective healing, regaining of culture and spiritual wisdom.
